At CODC, we are thrilled to announce our inaugural “Culture Connection Awards Gala” taking place on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the Athletic Club of Columbus in Columbus, Ohio. This prestigious event will celebrate leaders who foster a culture of belonging in Central Ohio’s business community. We will present 1 CEO Culture of Belonging Award, 5 Individual Awards for Culture of Belonging Champions, and scholarships to three deserving students pursuing diversity, equity and inclusion and culture adjacent careers. A highlight of the Gala will be the “Celebration of Mosaic Cultural Fashion Show.”
